Shipping Policy

FaceOn4One was created for individuals who embody identity rather than perform it.

 

Our designs are restrained, intentional, and enduring — made for people who value presence over attention.

 

We do not follow trends.

We design permanence.

 

This is not fashion for display.

This is clothing for those who move quietly — and leave impact everywhere they go.

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, limited releases, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FaceOn4One is not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

 

Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition releases

  • Custom or personalized items

 

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

 

To request a return:

 

  1. Email support@faceon4one.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Approved returns will receive return instructions

 

 

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

At this time, Faceon4one does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original order and place a new one.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

 

 

We will resolve the matter promptly.
